Dr. Emma Frazier is a Regional Epidemiologist in the Lowcountry Community Engagement Team of the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
Dr. Frazier has more than 2 decades of experience in public health research conducting data management and analysis of health data for various underserved populations. Most of her time was spent providing federal service at the Centers for Disease Control, where her research was focused on disparities in HIV-infected individuals, particularly women and older populations.
Emma earned a Masters and PhD in Biometry from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Emma looks forward to further collaboration with partners to help further the Lowcountry Engagement Team’s mission to improve the quality of life for all South Carolinians by protecting and promoting the health of the public.
